HTC Reveals Unique Legend Smartphone

The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona continues to generate big headlines in the mobile technology industry and HTC is leading the way with several new phones, perhaps most notably the HTC Legend.

Built with a uni-body aluminum design, the HTC Legend is quite literally carved from a block of the metal and the resulting look, feel and toughness is one-of-a-kind among mobile phones. The Legend offers a very attractive 3.2 inch HVGA AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with multitouch support at a resolution of 480×320.

Running Google Android 2.1 with HTC’s popular Sense custom interface integrated within, the Legend is powered by a 600MHz porecessor, 512 MB of ROM and 384 RAM with support for microSD card of up to 32GB. Multimedia features include a five megapixel camera, WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
