HTC has announced its latest Windows Mobile device using the popular Sense user interface, dubbed the HD Mini.
HTC has followed up on the success of the HD2 with a smaller, more compact version of the well-liked multimedia handset. Coming in at about the same size as the original HTC Touch, the HD Mini sports the same focus on social interaction with built-in Outlook integration and quick access to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.
With a 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen display, the HD Mini offers HVGA resolution and full support for multitouch. Notable features include the mobile hotspot option, allowing users to utilize the HD Mini as a mobile hotspot for other WiFi devices. The phone is powered by a 600MHz processor and will be shipped with Windows Mobile 6.5.3.
Pricing details have yet to be announced but the HTC HD Mini will make its debut across Asia and Europe in April 2010.
